Fortunes are spent on the perimeter — and almost nothing on the information itself.
Firewalls protect the doors. VPNs protect the path. Traditional cryptography protects data while it sits still or travels. There is, however, an interval that none of these approaches covers: the moment the system processes raw information and it exists in readable form inside the device. That is precisely where an attacker who crosses the perimeter finds the data ready to be extracted.
We do not prevent the theft. We make the theft irrelevant. The attacker may take everything — and what they take is worth nothing.
Protection is not a layer applied to the data. It is a condition of the data itself.
Data is not given protection. It is protected by nature, throughout its entire existence inside the system.
The protection travels with the data, not with the equipment. It goes wherever the information goes.
At no point in the system does the information exist in readable form. There is no window to exploit.

The technology has undergone independent and internal offensive testing, and is developed in conformity with international standards for critical embedded software. Reports and client references are available under a confidentiality agreement.

EncodedByDesign operates today in fire control and recovery control units inside launch platforms, together with Plasmahub.
These are functions where information must arrive intact and exactly on time, and where failure allows no correction after the fact. That is why we chose to prove the technology there: from the logic that authorises actuation to the logic that commands recovery, the data stays worthless to anyone who intercepts it. What holds under that regime holds anywhere.
We have opened two public access points running EncodedByDesign on hardware-agnostic electronics.
We do not ask you to take our word for it. We invite developers, researchers and ethical hackers to examine the system in operation and verify in practice what makes us different. The environment is available for audit and functional testing — no simulation, no demo build.
The scope of the challenge is strictly the two dedicated access points maintained by Neweshing for this purpose. No partner or customer embedded system is exposed. Access by accreditation, with responsible disclosure coordinated with the technical team.
